I had the opportunity to design the Omaha, Nebraska gig poster as part of The Foghorns’ U.S tour. Since the only creative direction given to me seemed rather vague – to design a poster that “is relevant to the booze-drenched feel and domestic doldrums that we sing about”, I decided to do an illustration of a camel climbing the steps of a pyramid. The Foghorns’ response: “ha ha. yeah, that’s cool. very cool. perfect.”
